Orphia

Features

Everything happens around the score.

Scanning, practising, feedback, drills and progress — one practice loop, built around the music on your stand.

Bring your music

From paper to playable in about a minute

Orphia reads printed sheet music — the books on your stand, the photocopies from your teacher, the PDFs on your laptop.

Your photo

What we read

Key signature fixed

Guided camera

Live guidance on framing, light and focus, so the page is captured flat and sharp the first time.

PDF and image import

Bring in a PDF or a photo you already have. Multi-page pieces stay in order.

Quality checks

Before anything is processed, Orphia warns you about blur, glare or a cropped page — and suggests what to fix.

Compare and correct

See the score next to your photo, bar by bar. Fix a clef or key signature in a tap, or report a page that went wrong.

Practise

Every tool you'd want on the music stand

Built for the moment you sit down at the keyboard: big, calm controls and a score that stays out of the way.

Wait and Follow

Wait holds the score until you play the right note. Follow keeps time, so you practise playing through.

Hands separately

Practise the left hand, the right hand or both. Each hand gets its own colour.

Tempo control

Any tempo, shown as a percentage of the score's own marking, and one tap back to full speed.

Start anywhere, loop anything

Tap a bar to start there. Loop a single bar or a whole passage until it's clean.

Metronome and Listen

A metronome that clicks when you play, and a Listen mode to hear how it goes.

Note names and guide

Light up the next note to play, and show note names as letters, fixed do, or numbers.

Get coached

Feedback that explains itself

Orphia doesn't just count wrong notes. It finds the habit behind them, shows you where, and gives you a way to fix it.

Fixed lately

When a problem stops showing up, Orphia tells you — with the bars and the before and after.

Replay your runs

See exactly what you played over the score: right notes, wrong notes, early, late, and where you paused.

Streaks, kindly

A daily streak with a freeze for the days life gets in the way.

Your week in review

Every Monday: minutes played, pieces, what you fixed and your biggest tempo step. Share it if you like.

Gentle reminders

At most one nudge a day, at the time you choose — and never on a day you've already played.

Your setup

Works with the piano you already have

No special hardware. If your keyboard has MIDI, Orphia can hear it.

USB and Bluetooth MIDI

Connect any digital piano or MIDI keyboard by cable or Bluetooth. Orphia shows when it's connected.

Keyboard timing calibration

Tap along with a few clicks and Orphia measures your connection's delay, so a slow link is never counted as playing late.

No account to start

Play your first piece as a guest. Create a free account later and everything you've played comes with you.

Keeps going offline

Sessions are saved on the device and sync when you're back online.
