Delete your Orphia account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Orphia and go to Settings.
2. Under Privacy & account, tap Delete account.
3. Confirm with your password, or with the Google or Apple account you sign in with.

Without the app

Email privacy@orphia.app from the address your account uses, with the subject "Delete my Orphia account". We'll confirm by email and complete the request within 30 days.

What happens

• You're signed out on every device straight away.
• 7 days later we permanently erase your account, every score and photo you uploaded, your practice history, drills, insights and streaks, and any learner profiles in your household. Signing in during those 7 days cancels the deletion.
• A guest account is erased immediately.
• We keep nothing that identifies you. Anonymous crash reports expire on their own within 90 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Pro subscription — Apple or Google bill it. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions first so you aren't charged again.

Want a copy first?

In the app, Settings → Privacy & account → Download my data gives you a ZIP of your scores (MusicXML) and practice history.
