Orphia is almost on stage.
Orphia is coming to iPad, iPhone and Android. Leave your email and we'll tell you the moment it's ready — one email, nothing else.
What you need
Works with the piano you already have.
No special hardware and no subscription to start. If your keyboard has MIDI, Orphia can hear it.
A tablet or phone
iPad or an Android tablet on the music stand is ideal. iPhone and Android phones work too, in landscape.
A keyboard with MIDI
Most digital pianos have a “USB to Host” port. Connect it with a USB cable — on iPhone or iPad you may need a USB-C or Lightning adapter.
Or Bluetooth MIDI
Many newer pianos pair over Bluetooth — no cable at all. Orphia shows when your keyboard is connected.
Ten seconds of calibration
On Bluetooth or a slower connection, tap along with a few clicks so your timing is judged fairly.
Your first five minutes
- 1
Open Orphia
No sign-up screen. Tell us how much you've played, or skip it.
- 2
Pick your first piece
Start with one we put on the stand, or scan a page of your own music.
- 3
Connect your keyboard
Plug in or pair over Bluetooth. The dot turns green when Orphia can hear you.
- 4
Play
Every note lights up as you play it. When you finish, see what to work on next.
